According to the advocate they are moving next to celebrity theater at Jones Creek and George O'Neil. Says they are moving for a bigger location.
For us it s a good move. A lot closer and will definitely make it easier to leave the place. They old one sucked if you lived east on coursey.

We were last there in June and some of the waitstaff were wearing tee-shirts saying "We're Moving". We asked our waitress about it and she told us they were moving near the Celebrity theatre. For us it will be a little further drive.

Im glad they are leaving that spot. Taking your life in your hands leaving with that curve right there and cars at the place next door blocking more of your vision
They did do a serious remodel though not that long ago
They should crush it with the movie crowds though, especially since George’s is just awful now

Awful and terrible service. Everyone working there seems angry.
Bistro Italia should make a killing just because they have always provided good service. Plus, they have good food.

So how’s the food?
Never heard of this place… menu seems cool, maybe a little expensive…
If anyone has been to Randazzo’s in Denham- how does it compare?

It's peak DeAngelo's or better. Highly recommend!

Both are good, but I've only been to Randazzo's once, so it's hard to compare off of one tasting.
Never thought of Bistro Italia as being expensive?

I noticed the sign on the storefront next to Celebrity this past weekend. I wondered if it was a second location opening up. A couple days later, I see the news article. That should be good move for them.
That stretch of Coursey where they are currently located is depressing. Sadly, I live very close

$25 bucks for a medium pizza is pretty expensive to me..idk…relative I guess….

We've been twice. Both times I brought half my food home. I could have eaten it all there, but was satisfied with eating just half.
I'd say it's comparable to Randazzos. I think bistro gives more food.

Good info. Thanks
Yea Randazzo’s doesn’t give huge portions, but man they are good.
Great lunch specials as well

Not really a medium. It's 16" and that's probably large at most places. We haven't had the pizza there in seven of eight years. It's good, but I make my own pizza so often, we rarely order pizza out. When we do, it's t try a newer place. We finally had the pizza at Rocca's this year after eating there several times.

I'd heard so many great things about this place over the years. I met my wife there on her lunch break a few years back. Ordered a cheese calzone to split, and spaghetti w/meatballs. At 12:40 another table of four (who arrived 20 minutes after us) received their food, so we questioned our server. He said, "The quesadilla will be another minute, but everything else is ready." I replied, "We didn't order a quesadilla." He looked at his pad and then said, "Oh, it was a calzone? It's gonna be a little while then." We ended up leaving because her lunch break time was up. No apology from him, no nothing. We've never been back as a result.

We have never had a bad meal there
One of my favorites is the Capocollo ham pizza but you can’t go wrong with chicken parm or lasagna

Now it’ll be another pupuseria or vale shop

I’m guessing the old Café Americain location? The Café did do very good there.
