Serious question (who has done more to harm this country ...)

Who of the following from the last 30+ years has done the most harm to this country:
Barack Hussein Obama
The Clintons
Biden (and his handlers)
They've all done a lot in their own way. Though he did give away virtually a trillion dollars to Ukraine, Biden and handlers was only for 4 years really, so it's easy for me to rule him out.
The Clintons have been around the longest though were made mostly irrelevant since 2016 or so. They've at least indirectly killed many Americans.
Obama I would argue has done the most harm. He's still very much at large too though he has quieted down a bit of late.
Obama: Obamacare, almost genocidal level race baiting, he fought hard to remove gun rights, and of course did everything he could to treason US voters and de-legitimize a duly elected President. Twice.
More than Hillary even, this guy needs to go to prison for a long time.

Bush’s and it’s not even close: HW destroyed the mandate given to him by Reagan and W was a buffoon who we are still paying the price for in terms of Middle East foreign policy and the era of endless wars not to mention the Patriot Act and TARP
