It was damn good. The thing I most appreciated is how the bun and burger radius is still wide like burgers used to be before shrinkflation. Dairy Queen pisses me off with this shite, which is why I proclaim that What-A-Burger is better than Dairy Queen.

Recently had McDonald’s after a year or so hiatus, damn they shrunk that like 1/4 or more. Never again.

It’s ok, nothing special. Don’t really find it any better than a Whopper.

Skip the burger at whataburger.

Seriously.

Go spicy chicken sandwich, add a second fillet. Add bacon, grilled jalapeno, and cheese.

It is the best fast food sandwich. Though a bit spicy.

A Wendys junior bacon cheeseburger really is the size of a woman's fist these days. I understand rising wages and rising food costs, but it's still deceitful and Big Burger takes us all for fools.

They also have a good apple pie that’s fried unlike McDonalds baked crap

Maybe for you, but I'll unfortunately prob never have a burger from In N Out. Closest In N Out to me is about 4 hours away. OTOH, the closest Whataburger is 30 min.

Had one yesterday and with the additional squishing from the workers it ended up just a little bigger than the plastic top they put on the drink cup.

That does sound like something serious. Will do, thanks!

Completely different burger. I like in n out. I also like the patty melt and chicken strip sandwich from whata. All three different sandwiches

I feel like the bun is too big for a single. Now a fresh double can be damn good.

Unfortunately, every chain’s quality varies from location to location. Probably even within a location. It is a crapshoot.

I had a jalapeño and cheese burger from a Whataburger in Texas for lunch on a long car trip that was fantastic. They have yet to duplicate that in many attempts at different locations.

I stopped going to Burger King completely because of bad service and bad food, but on a recent trip it was the only fast food at an exit where I bought gas. Got a double cheeseburger that was actually hot, juicy, and tasty. Fries were fresh and hot also.

The one thing chains ought to be able to do - provide a consistent experience across the country, they just can’t do.

Had In-N-Out for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago. Not sure I’ve ever had a burger with less flavor and the fries are somehow worse.
