Just watched a podcast (2 days old) where Jay was interviewed and said he’s still pursuing a RHP in the portal. Haven’t read or heard anything about it since.

People are downvoting you Lester, but I don't posters who post the things OP posts during the season deserve real answers.

Joey Volchko: LSU was in a battle with Arkansas and Georgia for the services of Volchko, a top-ranked prospect from Stanford. However, Georgia ultimately secured his commitment.

Here are others to watch:

Landon Mack: A freshman right-handed pitcher from Rutgers, Mack entered the transfer portal and attracted the attention of multiple programs, including LSU. He recorded a 4.03 ERA with 70 strikeouts in 80.1 innings pitched during his freshman season.

Bryce Calloway: A highly-touted infielder and right-handed pitcher from the University of New Orleans, Calloway was another player linked to LSU. He boasts impressive offensive stats, hitting .390 with 18 homers, and also throws up to 93 mph as a pitcher.

Devin Sheeran: A transfer from Mount St. Mary's, Sheeran is considered a significant addition for the Tigers. He's a powerful pitcher, throwing up to 98 mph, and recorded 109 strikeouts in 70 innings. He's projected to immediately join the starting rotation.

Connor Seay: A right-handed reliever from Georgia Tech who was reported to be on LSU's radar. Seay was hitting 95 mph last year and was performing well in summer ball.

There’s a kid named Cooper Moore from Kansas who may enter the portal too. Keep an eye on him. I think the tea leaves are looking promising that he may jump into the portal and if he does, I think LSU is a team to watch there.

I believe he’s referring to the fact the OP was pretty consistent in his crapping all over the baseball team and Jay Johnson during the season. If memory serves me correctly, he rarely gave them any credit almost to the point that he came across as a trolling opponent fan.

OP is a cocksucker who doesn’t deserve a real response to anything he posts sober.

Cooper Moore, a right-handed pitcher from Kansas, has already committed to LSU baseball. He is a transfer player who had a strong sophomore season, posting an ERA of 3.96 with 85 strikeouts and 19 walks in 88.2 innings. LSU's coach, Jay Johnson, has been actively recruiting from the transfer portal, and Moore is seen as a key addition to bolster the team's pitching rotation.

Moore's commitment is significant for LSU as they look to replace starters Kade Anderson and Anthony Eyanson, who were drafted. Moore's strong command (1.9 walks per nine innings) and performance as a starter make him a valuable asset for the Tigers. The team has also added other players through the portal, including some left-handed pitchers.

Are you trying to correct someone in this thread when you posted a list that consisted of a guy that’s been on LSUs roster for a year, a guy that committed to Georgia two weeks ago, a guy that committed to Tennessee 3 weeks ago, and a guy listed from Georgia Tech that doesn’t even seem to exist?

It's pretty clearly a ChatGPT search copy and paste.

More logs on the fire of my opinion that “AI” (LLMs) is just making everyone dumber.

I genuinely hope that no one read his post and thought he actually had good information.

Word is that Joe Savery wants to transfer out of Rice to play 1B and pitch for the Tigers. If Smoke can land him, watch out. The 2006 team will be a force.
