Ingraham & Ted Cruz: In all likelihood, Obama not going to be Prosecuted for Treason

Why is it that Tulsi said treason? I know this riles up the Trump base-- because so many other actions of Obama's were treasonous in race baiting, destabilization, demoralization, harming our country, siding with the enemy, the black panthers conversion to the Muslim Brotherhood and ANTIFA that destroyed large cities, and so on...
But is it realized it most likely will not apply to these crossfire hurricane charges?
Cruz said perjury and fabricating evidence. What is the sentence for fabricating evidence and perjury?

People don't seem to know the definition of treason. I am not sure what he could be prosecuted for, but it's not treason unless they can prove he was acting on behalf of Russia (that would be quite ironic).

Obama will be labeled as the ‘OJ Simpson’ of national politics. He will either have to publicly justify his blatant criminal actions or remain silent and wear his badge of dishonor. And this while his partners in crime are hammered.

Well that will depend on what the definition of the word "is", is.
We all know clever and savvy people can twist, contort, interpret and misinterpret language and words, especially in front of a judge or jury.
The Tigerdroppings poli-board can interpret all this shite any way it wants, but a judge isn't going to see this nearly as cut and dry as everyone on this board does. I'm no expert, none of us are, but what I've read is that the threshold for convicting any of these people for anything at all is extremely high.
Because like all politicians, she's drama driven, and like all politicians she makes outlandish claims and accusations.
Gabbard is MAGA's hero dejour, and she'll disappoint just as Bondi did with her phase one binders and the "Epstein list", sitting on her desk. She'll disappoint, just as Patel did when he told you Epstein didn't kill himself. And she'll disappoint just as DanBoingo did when he told you Crooks acted alone and there was no conspiracy to assassinate the President.
MAGA is an audience that's extremely easy to play to and this administration knows that. Just like a coach who keeps running the ball right up the middle. This administration is going to keep running the exact same bamboozling play against MAGA until it stops working.

So what would the charges be when the power of the govt and tradecraft CIA/NSA/DoD (Milley didn't get a pardon for nothing) is used?
It has been HINTED at... that this went from 2016 until Trump 2024- in spying to set up a President Elect and campaign. There is something there.
