Damn, just the land for a lot that size would be worth $100k where I'm at. I'd have $200k worth of cars too if I could get that place for $48k.

I see a Camaro and can’t tell what the other vehicles are….

Sure that’s 200k worth of vehicles….

Thread would’ve been much better with a 800K Cigarette boat in his yard…

I call them “grass parkers”. You always know who lives in the house if there are cars parked all over the lawn.

This is really an indictment of the cost of vehicles these days

Where are the $200k in cars?

You have a Hellcat, a really old Camry, what looks to be an Acura MDX, an old Silverado, and a really really old Maxima.

Somebody asked about "rapper wars" on another subforum here.

This is an example of the type of house.

There's a local cop up the road who is a a 400k house, and has at last count:

Gm4500
Gm3500
Gx550
Center console
Enclosed tractor
Open air tractor
72in cut mower
Center console
Duck boat
3 sxs that I can see
Restored square body
And a 50x100 metal shop with 20-30ft leantos on all sides

All purchases were within the last 18 months.

He also concreted his main driveway/shop driveway.

That's north of 1.5 million spent.

Red flag much?

Eta: and no that isnt a typo. He has a smaller center console and a much much larger center console.

maybe he/she can afford the vehicles because of the lower housing cost?
