Four children between the ages of 8 and 12 reportedly jumped over the fence surrounding the pool. BREC officials said a lifeguard was confronted with guns after asking them to leave.
The parks and recreation agency said despite the incident, the last Late Night Hype event at the park will be on July 25.
Howell Community Park is located at 5509 Winbourne Ave.

Build new nice things, and they get quickly trashed and full of violence and crime. Be forced to close, or it becomes an unkept shite hole because of it and people are racist for "not caring about their park."
Don't build the new nice things and be labeled a racist because they don't have new nice things.
People should just learn you will be unfairly labeled a racist regardless. Better to just save the money and the headache.

We all know the lifeguard was white (requires swimming) and that the kids were not a bunch of Brads and Chads so that lifeguard didn’t show up the next day for work.

Good question. It isn’t clear, but there are only two options:
It’s either the kids had guns
or
after the kids were made to leave after getting caught jumping the fence someone returned with guns to confront the staff
