The people in Vegas don’t really care about the A’s. They root for UNLV Rebels and the Golden Knights.

I wonder if Vegas is getting too many professional teams too fast. The NBA going there has seemed inevitable as well. Will there be sufficient fan support?

It’s a destination ballpark, go catch your team on the road and visit Las Vegas.

There is a convention there non-stop. there will always be a market buying the tickets it might just not have a home field advantage atmosphere.

Baseball will be all away fan bases for the first 2-3 years.

It's not about that, 40 million people visit Vegas every year and want shite to do with their family

They don’t support a team that doesn’t play in their city or even use the city name yet? Strange

I'm going to be a fan of the LV A's.

They don't have to be. Fans of visiting teams will flock to Vegas.

They have been working on it since June 28th

Idk if they will have a large, loyal and local fanbase but Vegas is always packed and the sports events will draw crowds.

I could see it out my window all week a few weeks ago. It’s right next to the airport. I wonder how much noise it will get

Its in place of the Tropicana and right across from the MGM, so if the noise wasn't/isnt a problem, it wouldn't be in the future.
You moreso hear helicopters along the strip than anything and most of the time, McCarran Airport (not calling it Harry Reid) uses the East to West runway, so the sound its away from the strip.
