Sadly, a large percentage of the black community actually believes that black people cannot be racist.
That, of course, explains a lot of their behavior.
BTW, that is NOT a black woman. It is a man pretending to be a woman.

That black woman is one of the most vile human beings alive and is the textbook definition of the reason why some people are comfortable using the n word

Some black women have been lied to their entire life, and believe everything they hear.

According to modern intersectional/progressive theory the black woman is right.
They believe that whites and men hold all the power simply by being white.
So regardless of whatever their individual role or position of authority might be, a black person by definition of their skin tone can never be guilty of racism.
Obama for instance could not be called racist under their intersectional definition of racism because he was black. Not joking.
Having sat through DEI training for a corporate role that thinking was being taught pre-Trump to most of the Fortune 500 btw.
