Man Seeking Woman-old FX show from a few years back

How am I just now hearing about this show? Watched 3 episodes this week and it’s brilliant and funny as shite.
Sister sets him up for a blind date after a break up in the first episode and it’s an actual troll. Later on in the episode he goes to an ex’s house party and she’s dating an old guy..and well…

Really liked that series. Jay & Eric were great. Well done. Fun watch. Weird how it just came and went but got little fanfare. Guess it was too 'out there' for some? Good stuff.

If I recall correctly, I think his sister is the actress who plays Helly on Severence.

Son of a gun, you're right. Totally blanked on that. She's so eye catching in Severance, I thought she might originally be Norwegian or Swedish.

MSW was great. * The follow up WSM .. I don't know if I ever watched more than 5 minutes of it.
I never caught his talk show. But was a big fan of Don't trust the bitch in Apt. 23.
* Hell, I just Mandela Effected myself. I never saw the spin off because there never WAS one! There was, however, 1 episode in S2 where they flipped the title and premise of the show to Woman seeking Man.

She's not classically beautiful, but she grew on me.

Thanks for the reminder about this show. I was always recommending it to people back then, but I completely forgot about it. I thought it was a great show.

My favorite episode is one where after he breaks up with his girlfriend, his guy best friend starts trying to get him to embrace being single, which quickly devolves into him joining a cult in Guiana. Which his ex-gf rescues him from to reconcile before he drinks the kool-ade.
