My point is that this may not be a cover up because the sordid truth is already out there and needs no embellishment or more facts to make it scandalous
I'm sure there is more, whether known to the DOJ or not. But I think it's entirely possible that the biggest names are already out there and we're just acting like it's not that big a deal because we were promised more.
It's been a big deal for a decade. And Giuffre is on record a lot about this, I suspect she killed herself because she was abused and famous for being an abused escort, not because of some treasure trove of information she declined to speak out on while she was busy naming names of a bunch of other people who could have had her killed.

Giuffre said Clinton dined with Maxwell and Epstein and two very young girls on the island on at least two occasions. She said nobody could go to Epstein's island and not see photos of young nude girls and sex acts that would be considered child pornography.

My best guess is that Giuffre knew more than she admitted to, but didn't know anything resembling what the masses crave in terms of lists, etc.
I think what she knew and didn't disclose wasn't because it involved Gates or Trump or Elon and she'd be killed, so forth. I think she probably didn't want even more notoriety for being a part of this and thus it was in her interest (so she thought) not to disclose some of the facts. But those facts (again, my guess) probably go along with things she did reveal and aren't entirely separate storylines.
IE, she claims she was never directly involved with Clinton and didn't directly see him doing sexual stuff. I could see a situation where she did in fact have involvement with him, either with another girl or herself, and didn't want the media firestorm of that direct, specific accusation. So she gave enough information on things like that to indicate likely wrongdoing without going all the way with the full truth.
