South Carolina and Texas A&M kickoff times

Neither one of their schedules look too incredibly daunting leading into their games against LSU. I’d have to imagine if both are undefeated coming to us ESPN would elect to have those games be played at night.
Does anyone else see this as a likely scenario? Also how much does our performance against Clemson week 1 impact this as well?
Would love as many night games as possible in Death Valley this year. Feels like the pieces might finally be coming together for the good guys.

A&M plays at Notre Dame, and home against Florida. That is far from a cakewalk. South Carolina has neutral site game against VA Tech and at Missouri.

The season might hinge on the Clemson outcome

I wouldn’t go that far. But starting 0-1 again would be pretty devastating for the fanbase.

The vibes are going to be dreadful if we lose again. I’m pretty tired of the new Labor Day tradition of everyone piling on BK and LSU.

BK has already been told it's CFP or Bust this season. (Bust as in gtfo)
Power Brokers and Big Money people already in place and ready to go after season if need be.
Pumptards, Cheerleaders and Mediocrity Lovers are currently updating their lists full of excuses and deflections in case it all goes South.
Semjase is "Cautiously Optimistic" and thinks all the pieces are in place for a great season (Defense will return to traditional LSU Defense) EXCEPT for Offensive Line dysfunction. (Talent and Coaching)
Either Sloan better have his version of the "Joe Brady Offense" ready to go (Nussmeier getting the ball out of his hand very fast so the OL doesn't have to hold their blocks too long) or Atkins better do something postively effective with the Running Game. (Since the OL Coach has no utter clue)

Seems like someone missed the memo about the expanded playoffs

On 10/11 (when LSU hosts SC)
Texas v OU will be a day game
UGA v. Auburn and A&M v. Florida will be the other compelling matchups that day.
Neither UGA nor Auburn mind playing day games. I guess for me, I don't trust Florida or SC just yet. Florida got on a heater last year and SC has a history of having an unexpected good season then immediately collapsing.
LSU v A&M looks primed for a night KO.
Unlike CBS, ESPN prefers the night kickoffs. Especially home games for LSU. Unless it's just a bad matchup, I think they will try to find a way to put every decent LSU home game at night...even if it isn't on ABC or ESPN (primary)

No, no he hasn't. He wants to make the playoffs as bad as anyone else though. His job isn't in jeopardy, no one is gonna write that check.

Things will be really uncomfortable for Kelly if he loses this game. I really don't want to start another season with everyone calling for his job and all this other bs when we all know he won't be fired after just 4 seasons of a 10 year fully guaranteed contract.

I’d be shocked if they come out of that unscathed

We already have a projected budget shortfall of $8M for this year. He would be owed $52 million if fired after this year. He’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

There’s almost no chance of him getting fired this year but I think if he misses the playoffs again in 2026 he’s likely done.

Don’t believe for a minute that these figures matter. If BK for some odd reason really crashes and burns, he will be out.
Now I really don’t see BK doing anything less than 7-5 at LSU. The floor is that high honestly
