Folks can shite on California HP and LA City/County police all they want, but those dudes are the best in the world at ending chases like this without serious injury or fatalities. They wouldn't have done this Mickey Mouse shite. They would have backed off to a safe distance and let the chopper track him. Dude would have driven 100 miles, thinking he got away, but they would have been on his arse as soon as he stopped.
