Probably about like Bonnie Blue after sucking off 100 guys.

The hot dog eating contest is a subliminally sexual emetic spectacle, unwatchable to anyone with a modicum of manners and couth.

I'm worried about his cancer risk honestly.

Not without reason
When I was little the neighbors kids would feed bologna to their dogs. First one died at six from gastric cancer. And then the replacement dog died at four from the same thing.

I've had a few beers with him over the years. It's all psychological training to him and breaking through when the mind hits the wall

That’s simply amazing.

Is there a time period where they have to hold them down? Or can they yak them back up shortly after the bell sounds?

I haven't made a bet in awhile so today I bet $5 on him eating +70... That half hot dog covered for me.

He has to purge somehow. There is no way the human body can fully process that much volume.
