Skip wasn’t particularly good as AD

I think Woodward is doing a pretty good job as AD

No LSU administrator has done more for LSU sports than Mark Emmert

Agreed. No Emmert = no Saban

Emmert gave us Saban, but also gave us LSU’s new “visual identity”. And Skip liked it.

Broadhead hired Skip Bertman, Sue Gunter, and Bill Arnsparger. Pretty good resume

Skip hired a national championship winning football and baseball coach. This would seem like a bigger achievement if they weren’t succeeding legendary coaches (albeit Mainieri indirectly).

We know, but he was personally responsible for getting Nick Saban to LSU.

It was a glorious (and long overdue) day when LSU finally cut him loose. What a miserable prick.
