So living through WW2 and rationing was a…simpler time? Enjoy your polio.
Also, stop looking backwards. Everyone likes to reminisce about “simpler times”. It’s never been as good as it is right now!

You couldn’t buy bitcoin in 2007
Really solid answers lol

I probably wouldn't.
Despite all I bitch about, I am too grateful for what I have to potentially lose it by trying to game the system.
You could offer me a billion dollars, but if it means even a .5% chance of potentially not marrying my wife, being with my dog, etc. it's a hard no.

Ohh yeah...it's so much better now with everyone enthralled with electronic devices. Life was better pre internet.

2005 pre Katrina. I was expecting my third child, we were doing good financially, my mom was alive….happiest I’d ever been in my life.

1980. Specifically, December 12th.

1980. Man I could correct so much from then.

Including, as you say, maintaining one's knowledge of today? Well, I'd opt for just about any year, from 1900 to the mid-1990s. It would just be such bliss to live in America when it was still actually America. Not the degenerate, bizarro freak-show it now is.

2020.
Did fairly well in the stock market but I could do even better. I'll have Gray's Investment Almanac in my head.

I think I’d choose 1945. WW2 ended and America was on the way up. I’m 53 now so I figure I’d retire in the 1960s and try to hang around long enough to see Reagan’s inaugural address in January 1981.

Probably 1960 to see parents and all grandparents and great grandparents at some stage of being alive and interact with them.

bullshite!
Things were clearly better in the 90’s. All the tech innovations and modern comforts needed and none of the decay of society that this stupid fricking phone and social media has created.
Full on marxism and feminism wasnt at it’s peak in every single major university across America.
Obama wasn’t elected yet, he was still “community organizing.”
AI wasn’t invented. 9/11 and the GWOT hadn’t happened yet.
Music was awesome. I can go on and on and on.

I'm getting old, but my dick still works.
So tempted going back 110 years to Utah, become Mormon and get 4 blonde hair blue eye wives
Money wouldn't be an issue because of 3 famous WS in a row
Red Sox, Reds (Black Sox Series), Indians win the '18, '19, '20 World Series
