CPM comments on LSU’s win?

Has anyone seen or heard of CPM chiming in on the CWS win for LSU? I know it was nearly impossible since he’s the SC coach now but part of me was still hoping to see him in Omaha wearing purple & gold since we all know he still loves LSU. Has he said anything at all about the win? Surely some reporter has asked him.

I think Paul is classy and I would bet he called or texted Jay to congratulate him. Some things are best done outside of public view.

I'm sure he congratulated Jay Johnson privately but it would be incredibly inappropriate for him to do any more than that. I'm sure he will be back around once he finally gets run out of SC
