I believe Jay when he said LSU was the only school he would leave Arizona for.
I believe Texas reached out and he wanted to stay at LSU. I don't think he is going anywhere else.

Not going to happen. He’s often said LSU is the only place he would leave Arizona for. He knows you can’t win at an elite level at A&M.

JJ is a west coast guy. The only way he was leaving the west coast was for a major program who could help him win nattys. Money will always be a factor but LSU can keep up with the Jones’ in baseball. JJ isn’t going anywhere.

honestly, jay seems like the type of loyal guy, who speaks so highly of LSU fans, baton rouge support, and Skip, that even when A&M comes knocking, he'd "settle" for less just to stay here. you match at least, and even exceed, but I'd think jay (before his agent jumps in) would say meet here, and a&m can pound rocks with their lucrative offer.

Agreed. If money is an issue, Texas A&M wins over LSU every time. And what is "fake money" when the Aggie school endowment is $20 to LSU's less than $1 billion?
