The Ump Camera angle

Am I the only one who absolutely hated the Umpcam thing? Baseball is meant to be seen from behind the pitcher. Hope they never do it again.

I don't like it. Switching to it every now and then is OK (before the ball is pitched), but I want to see every pitch the traditional way.

Yeah I don’t like it. It’s hard for me to tell ball/strike from that angle
I don’t mind when they do it on a replay, but I don’t like it when they switch to that view for a live pitch.

It drove me and my son crazy. I kept saying, “who in the hell thinks anyone would want to see this view?” You can’t tell what the hell happened each pitch.

It's terrible. They should trash it. At an absolute minimum, they should throw it up in a small segment of the bottom corner of the screen (occasionally/rarely) and give us an actual view of the pitch.

They should use it as evidence when a Manager gets ejected from the game, but not for showing balls and strikes

Maybe if it was more high resolution. They want us to see how nearly impossible it is to hit 95mph fastball.
In reality, we just see an umps head move the camera downward to detect ball or strike.

They need to ditch that and move the out field camera to straightway like in MLB.
