I really want Walker Kessler but supposedly the Jazz want 2 first rounders.

I would also be interested in John Collins too. Kessler is the true 7 footer center that rebounds and blocks shots all day while Collins would be the perfect small ball 5 that can shoot the 3 at a solid clip. Kessler is the guy I want though but I’m not sure I would pay Utah’s price unless they take 23 and a first a few years down the road. I would throw Hawkins into the deal to match salaries. We need a big man that can rebound and protect the rim better than Missi can.

I agree. 2 first isn't reasonable for Kessler because he’s a starter but he only will play 24-26 minutes a night when other teams go small he likely comes off the court. I’d trade Missi and 23 for him though.

frick that.

We know what Kessler is at this point. Serviceable.

Let's roll the dice on Missi's upside instead.

Yeah bigs like Kessler are good for the regular season but will be limited come playoff time. Why I’m not that thrilled on the idea of the Duke big

So two firsts isn’t reasonable but Missi outplayed his draft position last year and you want to give up an additional first for him?

So you actually want to give up more than two firsts value wise for Kessler?

My thoughts exactly! Sadly I’m bracing myself for the disappointment.

Kessler would be a great compliment to the big rotation and offers what we're missing, but hell no to moving Missi. Young, cheap, lots of upside.

I liked him but I wanted Edey last year. Really thought he might drop down to us last year.
