How many signees will JJ receive after CWS

hes got some now that haven't been announced im sure. no need to announce now and have one of our players,at a position that we grab a guy from the portal at and have him trying to decide what that means for his future here.

Probably a lot less than if he was recruiting right now instead of coaching. The timing of the CWS is a negative when it comes to recruiting.

That’s not true at all. He’s still recruiting right now and being at the CWS, still playing, is recruiting itself.
He literally mentioned how he’s been on the phone with recruits while in Omaha. The guy never stops.

I saw something about the top rated pitcher in the portal being expected to or maybe even signing with LSU, but i can't find it anywhere.

Don't look for a bunch of portal signings. CJJ is being very picky what he brings in. Supposedly many players coming back. That may change but that's what I've gathered

But honestly can’t argue with him. In 3 years he’ll have had Skenes, Floyd, Taylor, Herring, Holman, Jump, Hurd, Anderson, Eyanson, and Shores all drafted in the top 6 rounds. 3 pitchers each year, with a minimum of $300k signing bonus.

If I were JJ, one of the schools I would look at in transfer portal would be Lsu Shreveport baseball team that went 59-0 this season. I'm sure a few of them would want to be in a bigger league

His postgame press conference this afternoon was a wall-to-wall, unabashed recruiting pitch. Guy won’t even let himself celebrate for 30 minutes. He’s already working on next year.
