I’m up here in Nashville for my kids baseball tournament getting NIL deals and recruiting highlights. We are going to be north of the airport and am looking for a semi-kid friendly place to watch the game.

One of the kids on the team thinks I can’t get 3 recommendations in 10 minutes. Can you prove him wrong?

I’m not familiar with north of the airport. However Gumbo Bros in the gulch or White alligator in the Franklin factory. These are more grab a bite to eat and watch rather than watch the entire game.

I win.

Scoreboard Bar & Grill (Opryland). Been there several times to watch football, but they have a lot of TVs. Kids are there as well.

didnt that used to be the LSU alumni game watch location as well?

but yes, this fits the OPs bill perfectly.

take the kids to wave country while you're at it; not much to the park but its across the street from the scoreboard and its like $8 per person and $2 hot dogs and you're not going to find that kind of cheap entertainment ANYWHERE ELSE in the city.

Great food. Towards the bottom of the list of places I would suggest for "bring the kids to watch a 3 hour baseball game".

Also close to an hour from where he is going to be depending on traffic

thats quite a haul for him.

if i was going to franklin i'd hit the cajun steamer instead; its right off the interstate rather than all the way in downtown franklin.

Yeah, Cajun steamer has some good food too.
I read his post more as showing a kid how effective TD is with helping posters. I was just tossing out recs so he could show 3 replies to that kid within 10 minutes. If he really wanted to find some good family sports bars near him he could just use yelp. They should all have the game in at least one tv.

I’d second the White Gator but it’s not that close.

He's right. It's OK. The dearth of good LA food here is just that bad that it seems really good.

White Alligator and The Lost Cajun (Hendersonville) are good. There's another place I always forget that a friend from Shreveport keeps telling me about...dang. I need to ask him again. Not in Nashville, but within an hour.

Probably Papa boudreaux in santa fe. It's a great place to hit after going to the waterfall off the Natchez Trace and the drive back up leipers creek road is gorgeous.

Bring cash. They don't do credit cards.
