Yeah is it too much of a top-down design problem like Cybertruck on a much more difficult technical scale.

Plus from what I understand there's been a lot of burnout and turnover among the talent at SpaceX and that it's generally become more of a miserable place to work at like Blue Origin.

Yes because negative experiences feel stronger than positive experiences. Maybe that's built into human biology via nature and nurture in order to ensure our survival and success. If you celebrated wins like catching every green light to work. Maybe it'd result in mass contentment, but would make man lazier. Just a theory. Like the saying good times make lazy men.
