I suspected that would be the case. With ASD/Aspergers, bodily interoception is impacted. You don't sleep when you should, and your mind can get stuck in a loop as you obsess with something and can't break out of it. That can results in outbursts that are hard to walk back from. As someone who has passed drug tests while on drugs, allow me to cast a shadow of a doubt that the richest man in the world couldn’t do the same

THC is one of the only drugs that can be detected after a few days
So Elon could just stay clean for a few days and easily pass a drug screen

If Elon is on drugs, and it makes him that productive, then I want what he's taking.
I can't take Vyvanse or any ADHD meds despite having it because that shite makes me violent and ready to murder someone. I just truck along, dealing with as best as I can.
Maybe Ketamine is the cure I need

I may or may not have experimented with Nootropics, including Modafinil but considering that is for insomniacs, I can only take them for a week or so before my body is tired but my mind is still racing. Its a vicious sleep cycle.
I just drink coffee these days to try to focus. It can be difficult, and my wife has no idea how to handle me, which causes issues from time to time.

It has many benefits but the ones I feel are energy, mental clarity, no brain fog, etc. I no longer take Vyvanse since I started MB. My cousin has cancer and just started it to repair his cells.
