Yes, because calling for the evacuation of their capitol city is exactly like what’s come before this. Either an extreme negotiating tactic or it’s a signal of what’s to come.

I could be wrong but I wouldn’t be surprised if this is just a threat to bring Iran to the table. Kinda like saying “alright, I’m leaving” to your kid when they won’t get off the jungle gym.
