Should have started saying that back when when you saw ever increasing bowl games, ever increasing coaching salaries, ever increasing tv deals with conferences, ever increasing conference realignments, ever increasing football facilities, ever expanding football stadiums, ever increasing ticket prices, and the start of the playoffs.

You saw all those things being done, KNOWING it was all because of money, and you were fine. The minute it finally trickled down to the players, literally the last group to get an extended piece of the pie, now you're done?

The only thing i have a problem with all of this is the NCAA not putting in rules before the out in front payment plan started. Contracts like coaches should have immediately been implemented.

RE: DatBoy's comment,

even with that, I'm only really disappointed that the NCAA didn't have a better rollout. It's almost like they wanted to see the inflection points and then work backwards to a solution. Everything else, I'm fine with.

It also makes watching recruiting a little less stressful now IMO. Because you don't really know, so there's no reason for the emotional attachment until after signing day lol

Agree on all of this. I have definitely lost the emotional attachment I had. Bryce Underwood completely destroyed the rest of my emotions on that

Pat Surtain Jr. destroyed my love for college recruiting; I haven't given a shite since.
