Looks like they have caught Vance Luther Boelter

Authorities have apprehended Vance Luther Boelter, who is alleged to have killed Minnesota Democratic state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark.
The suspect also allegedly shot Minnesota state Sen. John Hoffman, also a Democrat, and his wife, Yvette.
Boelter was taken into custody after a massive manhunt.
