Suspect impersonating LEO has shot elected officials in Minnesota at their homes

The Brooklyn Park Police Department has issued a "shelter in place" alert for a neighborhood on Saturday morning as it searches for a suspect.
The alert is for a 3-mile radius surrounding the Edinburgh Golf Course.
Police are looking for a suspect in "multiple targeted shootings who is armed and dangerous."
The suspect is described as a white male with brown hair who is wearing black body armor over a blue shirt and blue pants. According to the alert, he may be representing himself as law enforcement.
Police said the public should not approach this suspect if they see him and should call 911 immediately. No further information has been released.

It's sad either way, but are they targeting R or D officials? Obviously the shooter is a mental case.

If it’s still an active manhunt they absolutely should give all identification info they can. I think they usually do this will all races. The only time the coultur rule comes into play is when a person is already caught

Just checked it and was surprised since Minnesota is usually a tilt blue state in presidential races but their house make up currently is

Given there’s a slight Dem majority in MN, and both elected officials that were attacked are Dem, this statement is absurd and ignorant.
