Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau's restaurant scene in the movie "The Odd Couple". Lemmon starts having sinus congestion from sitting under an A/C vent and starts making ungodly noises trying to clear his sinuses.
People around them start looking at them and Matthau looks like he just wants to hide.
