Lockheed Martin paid bonuses based on race

Lockheed adopted radical DEI policies and, in one instance, required white men in leadership positions to attend a racial reeducation program and atone for their “white male privilege.”
Now, a whistleblower has come forward to claim that Lockheed executives were so committed to DEI policies that they awarded some year-end bonuses based on employees’ skin color, rather than performance—in open violation of civil rights law.

Doesn't just about all of their income come from the US govt? That shite should stop post haste or contracts cancelled one at a time until zero.

I have a feeling a lot of other businesses are starting to try to hide their own similar actions. Lots of people about to get paid.

If they’re in violation of Federal law, they’re supposed to lose all Federal contracts.

The answer is to approach your supervisor following a skewed bonus round and tell him that, for following bonus periods, you’ll watch the performance of your darker skinned peers and make sure your work is worse than theirs.
