This is his big moment to stand up to “evil trump” and he is smart enough to capitalize on that.
He is getting a lot of press and as long as he talks tough and looks like he’s in charge, he’ll ascend in the liberal ranks.

I agree.
I used to think with his 'good looks' and smooth talking, as well as his connections, that he'd actually be a viable threat.
He's a joke now, not just in Cali, but on the national stage. Should have kept his super coiffed head down- it would have served his arrogant arse much better.

He might be a little too liberal for me but he is earning my respect for being the only Democrat with a backbone. If I have to choose between him and Vance next election he seems a lot more competent. He’s a way better option than Biden or Harris, that’s for sure.
