Can’t even watch a baseball game without that crap every other commercial break. Who are they trying to sell it to? And during a baseball game, when you know kids are watching

So true!
Legal for pharmaceutical companies to create demand by direct advertising, control supply via patents (and patent extensions), in an unregulated / gov’t does not act to serve its people by negotiating prices / use its economies of scale.
Result? US near highest dig prices among the world.
Not exceptional on this one, IMO! Not close.
