Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated two railway bridges that are a part of a new link connecting the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of the country.

With all the environmental crap we go through and other regulatory shite, its now too expensive in the USA to produce large public infrastructure projects.
This in part s why this countries infrastructure is rotting.

We spent nearly that to add a ramp from I-10 to the new MSY terminal. This would cost billions to do in America.
