There is no way that the door to your home is not the boundary of your property, if not your front yard.
Anyone walking in uninvited is trespassing and in many states would be shot by the homeowner and protected by law.

Can you imagine that in some states the homeowner has a duty to retreat if some I need breaks into your home.....if you stand your ground with an avenue available to run you will be charged.
