I would think that if she was innocent..... she would have already been all over social media and the news saying that Sacks is full of shite - She has not sued him yet either for a few billion dollars for slander, but her silence makes her look very GUILTY.

Why would a member of the legislative branch contol the autopen in the executive branch?

Not saying it's not true, just seems weird. Even weirder than Hunter or Jill controlling it.

The democrats are all part of the good ole boy network. They don’t function like republicans meaning they don’t do everything by the book

Trump needs an EO putting a biometric scanner, eye, finger print on that autopen for each batch of documents and every so often while in use.
Johnson and Thune should make it a law.

Exactly.

If there is one thing the Bidens didn't trust at the end of 2024, it was the Democratic party and their stalwarts.

Ignoring that, why add in an outsider when it wasn't necessary?

I’m not buying the notion that even democrats think Warren is smart enough to be the lever-puller of power.

It seems very plausible to me. We all know that Elizabeth Warren staffed more positions in the Biden Administration than anyone else, including Joe. So most of the administration was beholden to her. When the President lost his mind someone had to fill the breach.

This segment with Sacks and Waters went viral and I would think that if she was innocent she would be out on every media outlet screaming about her innocence- not a single peep from the Indian

She's a public figure, so no. Plus it would be expensive and would open her up to discovery.

It is known that much the the WH staff was filled with Warren and Bernie loyalists as a payoff for them dropping out the race. She is totally anti-crypto and used her influence in the WH to obstruct all crypto bills and push all the prosecutions of crypto companies. That is what he was alluding to. Not that she was actually controlling the autopen.

But they are also tribal.

There are plenty of pieces of shite in the executive branch. They don’t need to borrow one.

President Biden appointed Gary Gensler to lead the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2021. Gensler, a former Commodity Futures Trading Commission chair, was seen as a win for Warren and progressives due to his reputation for tough financial regulation, aligning with Warren’s advocacy for stronger oversight of Wall Street.

quote:

Biden appointed Rohit Chopra to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in 2021. Chopra, a close ally of Warren, had worked with her to establish the CFPB during the Obama administration. His appointment was viewed as a victory for Warren’s consumer protection agenda, given his aggressive stance on regulating financial institutions.

quote:

In 2021, Biden named Lina Khan, a prominent antitrust scholar, as chair of the Federal Trade Commission. Khan’s focus on breaking up monopolies and regulating big tech mirrored Warren’s progressive economic policies, making her appointment a nod to Warren’s influence.

These appointments reflect Biden’s incorporation of Warren’s policy priorities, particularly in financial regulation and consumer protection, areas where Warren had significant influence.
