Props to UALR for bringing their best to the Baton Rouge regionals - so far

Give our opponent some props. Their pitching was very good last night. They also had very timely hitting. We helped w all the walks to put a bunch of runners on base throughout the game but they played a great game in all areas including strategy once they got the lead. They have been battling elimination games for 2 weeks now. Very impressive. Takes some character just to do what they have done. Playing with house money indeed. However, tonight is where the rubber meets the road. Bring your best and hope for the best. That's baseball..... Today is another day. UALR plays like they did Sunday night again and Tigers will need to bring the A game and send our visitors up north home for the summer. Let it happen.

If they win tonight, will you clap and give a standing ovation?

I'll give them props, after tonight. In the meantime, they're the enemy.

I don't like to lose. I won't curse them, but won't congratulate them either. That doesn't mean I would not respect the accomplishment of them coming here and winning. That said, we beat that arse tonight!

They're not winning shite. Their Cinderella story ends tonight. We are gonna be ready this game.

IMO, one of LR"s strengths is their maturity. All but one of their starters are upper classmen, Juniors, seniors, and 5th year players. As in all college sports experience is the best coach. LSU is the more talented team but, only has this season playing together. Hopefully, talent wins out tonight.
Geaux Tigers!

If we don’t give them free bags our defense will take care of the outs. We had 11 hits and 4 runs. So we aren’t striking out much. Cowan is a strike thrower and was a starter and we have Evan’s. I think we roll.

You can’t help but tip the cap.
But also, our Tigers have to play better.

I want obnoxious LSU students giving them and the umps a hard time.
Can the fossil fans behind home plate get replaced by young enthusiastic LSU fans letting the HPU know to that his zone should be the same for both teams.
Oh and it’s time for LSU to dagger their little dreams sending them home to stark reality.
