Here are the 5 steps he proposes:

These truths are so obvious to anyone outside of this culture (except white liberal women) it is maddening.

Thomas Sowell and Shelby Steele are two of my favorites — and they’ve truly seen firsthand real oppression in their lives. Not the fake “oppression” we see people try and claim today.
