Groundbreaking new treatment for aggressive breast cancer has 100% survival rate

Hope is on the horizon for patients with aggressive, inherited breast cancers.
A recent clinical trial, led by researchers at Cambridge University, explored the effects of combining chemotherapy with the targeted cancer drug olaparib before surgery.
Every patient who received this protocol survived the critical three-year post-treatment period.

I pray this works as good as they say. Imagine if we’ve actually defeated breast cancer.

No more pink in the NFL?
Sorry I couldn’t help myself. However, if we can defeat one, hopefully that’ll lead towards unlocking the formula to defeat them all.

It probably costs a million dollars
Meanwhile the real cure for everything, ivermectin, only costs a few cents a dose

I don’t know if this will defeat them all, but the story did mention this…
quote:
The research, published in Nature Communications, suggests this preemptive, two-part approach could be the most effective plan of treatment for early-stage breast cancer linked to BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations.
Breast cancer or BRCA genes are present in every cell of the human body. When functioning, BRCA1 and BRCA2 repair DNA and prevent cancerous changes.
However, when a mutation compromises these genes, cancer risk increases. Inheriting this damaged DNA can increase the risk for breast and ovarian cancer in women and breast and prostate cancer in men.
So, maybe they can take what they’ve learned here in fighting breast cancer and apply those lessons to prostate and ovarian cancer. I’m no expert, but I believe these are some if the most common forms of cancers today. If they can be defeated, that would be fantastic.

Looks promising but I question anything that is claiming 100%

Praise Be To God if this is true.

Well, the claim is that 100% of the participants in the study survived the three year window that’s apparently critical in breast cancer. Either they did all make it to that milestone or they didn’t, not really any gray areas between being alive or dead.

The survival rate among the control group who received chemotherapy alone was 88%. Of these 45 patients, nine relapsed and six died within three years of surgery. In contrast, there was a 100% survival rate among the 39 patients who received chemotherapy followed by olaparib. Of this cohort, only one patient relapsed in the three years following surgery.

But, but, but, "they" wouldn't let a cure get out. "They" keep it hidden.

Weird comment from someone who has made claims to be a medical doctor

One of the dumber conspiracy theories. Advances in various cancer treatments have been incredible.

Now THIS is what billions of stolen money should be going to. Not Sesame Street in Iraq and studying gay animals
