The investigation resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old Christy Babin of Maurepas.
The investigation was initiated after the LSP SVU received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding the potential exploitation of children. Through investigative efforts, investigators identified Babin as the individual responsible for possessing CSAM.
On May 29, 2025, a search warrant was executed at Babin’s residence. She was arrested for one count of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles under the age of 13. Further investigation revealed that Babin also took the images of the Juvenile and she was subsequently charged with Production of Pornography Involving Juveniles, and booked into the Livingston Parish Jail. This case remains under investigation.
Make anyone who helped her watch first then hang them too

Obviously the person in question has committed a heinous crime. Anything involving children that young should be taken seriously.
But ..........
I guess "Due Process" as mentioned in the 5th Amendment is a bad word on this board. And its reinforcement in the "14th Amendment" (there I go again....another bad word....)
I guess the only amendment in the constitution that is good is the 2nd amendment.
But without it, anybody can be pushed into jail or even executed without a trial. Even the OP. So think about it.
