3-4 night destination for 10th anniversary

Wife and I are wanting to try and plan a 3-4 night trip for our 10th anniversary but are not sure where we want to go. Any suggestions on places that are good for a shorter stay? We are not opposed to outdoors but also aren't into hiking for miles on end. Cities aren't out of the question either. Open to any and all suggestions. Anniversary is in early May so we are in very preliminary planning. Just want to get some ideas.

Knowing where you are coming from would probably help.
Also you don't specifically say about flying or driving

Coming from south Louisiana. And open to either flying or driving.

You mentioned a bit of outdoorsy. I'd personally look for scenery you're not used to, like in the hills of the Appalachians or New England. Salt Lake and Denver would probably be too hard core outdoorsy, but here is a list of direct flights from MSY. Pittsburg, North Carolina, Atlanta and Nashville qualify for non New England spots. ATL and Nashville can get you into Chattanooga or similar after a short drive from the city.
Weather can be important too. If it's summer or early fall, anything in Texas is off the table.

I would go to Jackson Hole.

Charleston and Savannah both have non-stop flights from MSY
It's not too hot there YET in early May most years
Good for long weekends with splurge-worthy hotels and restaurants
Not very outdoorsy but if you rent a car and drive a bit you can get to some awesome marsh and beach areas

Look at direct flights from MSY/BR or short trips.
Charleston is a great one as mentioned. Very centralized, pretty down town that is very walkeable, upscale hotels, lots and lots of great restaurants and bars, nice beaches nearby to drive to if desired.
I like Fredricksburg a lot of you like to drink wine. Great little town in Texas Hill Country, not a long drive from either San Antonio or Austin. Pretty, cool little town with a lot of wineries nearby.
But otherwise you can plug in on google flights direct flights around your dates and see if anything tickles your fancy.
Its hard to know what you want exactly but those are quick getaways that can be real nice

Charleston, Savannah, or St. Augustine would be a great get away for 3 or 4 days. Only about a 2 hour flight so no jet lag and can hit the ground running. All have great restaurants and all are walk-able or just jump on or off the trolleys.
jump on youtube and check out each location there are plenty of videos and pick one

Sedona.
There's plenty of shorter 2 to 3 mile hikes. And its absolutely beautiful.
