I have a wedding this weekend and next weekend, but fingers crossed the receptions just consist us of watching the games. I'm sure my friend's new wives will be fine with it

If you are more interested in LSU beating the brakes off of Little Rock than your friend getting married, is he really your friend?

If you care more about a friend’s wedding than LSU postseason baseball, are you really a fan?

My friend's wife had the bright idea to have a couples wedding shower during an LSU home football game. I had season tickets at the time. I did not attend the couples shower.

his friend's wedding is more likely to be Saturday evening than Friday afternoon.
So he's probably looking at an LSU vs DBU game.

highly doubt that, then all the dudes would be watching tv at the bar and not paying all that attention to the beautiful bride and her bridesmaid's drunk dancing

Joke?
This is serious stuff to me, especially when people have the audacity to get married on Saturday during football season.

OR, if your friend schedules his wedding on the weekends that the regionals and super regionals are scheduled to be played is he really your friend?

Sounds like these are just starter wives, I wouldnt worry about it at all, I would advise both grooms against it. For sure, in a few years, one of em will think you are very wise.

I dont care that much about the schedule of the baseball games ,but who the hell waits until it is hot as heck possibly to schedule a wedding, even if inside for reception or such it makes it nasty walking in and around in a suit in 95 degree heat. We have beautiful a beautiful end of March thru Early May to use or weddngs.

Wow, an entire 1.5 months for people to schedule their weddings, how generous of narcissistic sports fans to allow such a window.
