there is a difference between trying to dictate foreign policy and dictating what the US law requires.

If they brought a suit in Mass, and were deported from mass, a Mass judge would have full authority to stat or reverse the deportation while legal challenges are heard.

And if the Admin doesn’t like it they can go to an appeal court and the SCOTUS

The idea that judges don’t have authority over cases being heard in their jurisdiction is asinine.

Tell that judge SHE can personally house those child rapists and murderers, but we know she would never want them living in her house. Our neighborhoods are fair game though.

Fed > State

Many southern states learned this in the 1960's. Apparently you didn't.

The idea that a local judge over rides foreign policy is what is asinine.

Bye bye.

The jurisdiction issue has been decided by SCOTUS. The remaining issue, as the lady discussed, is the judiciary has no influence in matters of national security. The executive has authority to declare a national emergency and its not open for debate. Illegal criminals considered a national security threat aren't "due" the same process as legal citizens.

Judges don't override the Foreign Policy of the sitting President and Administration. What don't you understand about this?

A judge DOES NOT have the authority to dictate us policy. No matter how much your liberal mind hates it, TRUMP is in charge now and his policy is the official policy of the united states of America. No laws have been broken.

But hey, you keep defending pedophiles, rapists and murderers. It's really making you look great.
