Suh was a beast, but I'm sorry, Joe Burrow is not behind him. Burrow had the most lopsided Heisman victory of all time, breaking records all along the way.
ETA:
And I really can't fight Reggie and Cam being ahead of him. It's a coin toss at that level and they were both super humans (as was Burrow) in college. Suh just isn't in that tier.
Tebow has a bone to pick too.

Travis Hunter?
Chase Young?
Little bit of recency bias here

I agree. Burrow would be #2 for me, just behind Cam.

Offensive Lineman usually don’t get a lot of love on these lists, but Penei Sewell was pretty damn dominant at Oregon. I think he allowed something crazy like 2 pressures in his Oregon career

How many games would Auburn won without Cam? I’m guessing an 8-4 type season.
Can’t think of anyone that almost single handedly led a team to a title the way Cam did.

Chase Young too high..not on talent, but stats.
Sure, 16.5 Sacks his last year, but 98 Combined Tackles for a career over 34 games(30 of which via Assist).

Suh didn’t have the supporting cast that Burrow did
Suh is and was a better CFB player than Burrow and that’s not a knock on Burrow

Tua and Mac both don't get the credit they deserve. Their elite receivers really hurt them here.

how many would LSU have won without Joe?

9 or 10 like they did the year before when he was average

Its obliviously Joe Burreaux! Any list without him at the top is garbage!

Hunter at 9 is silly

our defense was much better in 2018.
and Joe wasn’t average in 2018 he was very good. the offense around him was terrible.
put a bad QB in that terrible offense and what happens?

I didn't argue he was on a similar level team. I know his team was worse. He just didn't have the production or dominance (which was still high) to be in that top tier. Another point, in 2009 Von Miller had more sacks and TFL than Suh.

I'd say Burrow, Tebow, and Cam are in a league of their own si.ply because how they were able to take over the game because of their position. And they all have a Championship(s) to show for it. And out of the 3 you could make an argument that Cam did more with less. But Burrow and Tebow made the most out of the weapons they had at their disposal.

Either Cam or Burrow (I’d lean Burrow) probably had the best season, but I’d prefer picking a guy who was elite across multiple seasons as “best player”. Feels weird to pick a guy who was only elite for one year (Burrow) or even only played for just one year (Cam) as the best college player of the past 25 years.
I’d go Tebow because he was an elite college QB for 3 seasons, won an NC as a starter and contributed to another NC as a role player.

That’s like comparing a TE to a WR in receptions and yards
Miller did not play the same position as Suh and they had very different responsibilities

From the article,
#23 Brock Bowers
#24 Tyrann Mathieu
#25 Quenton Nelson (a guard who played at Notre Dame from 2015-17)
This is a silly list. So, you are going to include non-skill position players but you don't include a single LBer? And only one O-lineman (Whp I never heard of) and one TE? Only two RB's where the running game was bigger than the passing game for at least half of that era?
Less egregious but obvious imo is Vince Young was a much better QB than Lamar Jackson. Same for Tebow. Alabama completely dominated for almost a generation, and get ONE player? This reeks of NFL success bias.
Brock Bowers and Mathieu not in the top 15 is fricked up.
