It’s crazy to think how popular idol was in the mid to late 2000s. The hometown visits had huge crowds.

That is the sorry state of American television today. Unless it is breaking news or a live program like sports it is hard for networks to find good programming that lasts for more than one or two seasons.

I don’t watch TV. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Biggest waste of time. It’s shocking how pedestrian it is when you haven’t watched it in a long time. I wish I had never watched TV.
