Scott Woodward Has No Balls

He’s overpaid McMahon and didn’t have nuts enough to keep Will Wade. McMahon should have been gone this season.
He extended Beth and overpaid her. She should have already been reassigned.
He doesn’t have the courage to fire either because his dumbass overpaid both.
If Brian Kelly doesn’t make the playoffs this year Scott will be 0 for 3.
Credit for Jay Johnson and Kim Mulkey gives him a bit of a pass but he needs to fix his shite or pack his fricking bags.

I wouldn't give him credit for Jay yet.
I could have been head coach of a team with Paul and Dylan and made at least the Super Regionals. He's done nothing the other two years. We shall see what this year holds. Doing good so far, but hosting a regional doesn't mean you will win it or even get to the Sunday games (ask Beth about that one).

So every fricking play matters in baseball. You can’t single shite out moron.
And Jay took a fricking team over that had ZERO LHP. Unproven players and one of his top players gets injured at the first of the season and doesn’t play in 2022. He took them to a regional finals and then built a roster which included getting Skenes here, White, Hurd, Cooper, and on and on - all key to winning it all.
He also was in a finals before he ever got here.

If you extend a coach, you pay them at the going rate relative to their success. That’s what these coaches are making. You can make the argument that they should be fired, or not extended. But they aren’t overpaid.

Jimbo didn't sign that deal until after Scott had been at LSU a couple of years.
so I don't think Woodward was involved much in those negotiations.
