He was never going to be arrested after interview. He will only be charged if they present the case to a grand jury. Even if he is indicted, highly unlikely he is arrested. He will be allowed to report to court based on a summons.

No he wasn't and no he didn't.
This was a thought out and deliberate act to drum up press and increase book sales. He knows he didn't break the law. If anyone would know, it would be him. What he did was undignified and vulgar but savvy as shite.
He didn't do this in a vacuum, he has an agent and a publisher. This was a publicity stunt and it worked.
He's very wisely playing to two audiences with this shite. The liberal audience that will buy his book and the MAGA audience, that right now is giving him the press he wants and needs. He, his agent and publisher all fist pumped when Trump did that FOX interview.
There's a sucker born every day and two to take him. Jim Comey didn't "frick up" at all. What he did is what he set out to do. Garner the press from triggering the everloving frick out of MAGA.

I agree. Charge him in federal court in a conservative state with everything you possibly can, obscure shite, drag the case out holding this over his head for years, making him spend as much of his cash as possible.

I think I heard on one of the nightly Fox shows-- that the photo was not Comey's he took on a beach. It was found online and shared by Comey?
Maybe his wife reposted it or took the photo?
Comey's wife wanted a woman President and Hillary. Who thinks that Comey's letting HRC off the hook 'no reasonable prosecutor' speech was meant to help her? It was. Comey had the SDNY and FBI on his arse so he had to say something.
