Unless there is a threat of imminent lawless action, you can say that someone should be 86ed.

It’s called free speech.

Should the line be different? What do you think?

I am not sure about free speech. This is my first post since my one year ban ended today.

You try threatening the life of a president and see how well it works out for you.

Anybody that isn't a high ranking or ex high ranking government official would be getting a knock at the door.

Last I checked, encouraging someone to murder someone else is not free speech. It’s called incitement.

Free speech is for criticisms of government without retaliation.

You know how sick it is for a former federal prosecutor and FBI head to even snap that picture. DC people can never get politics out of their mind. They are saturated in it.
Find a way to prosecute him and put him in jail.

Comey deserves whatever shite comes his way but odds are he was vague enough to avoid being charge with anything.

You have to be pretty specific with threats, especially when you use slang or colloquialism. It isn't like he said "we need to pop a cap in his arse" which leaves almost no room for interpretation. 86 is used to mean "kill" but it is usually "get rid of" which is vague enough to let this slimeball slide.

Everything is free speech.

But, some people in certain positions, give up a bit if that. Their words carry more weight than the normal citizen.
I dont think comey is in trouble here, unless there's an incident that can be traced back to his post as motivation

Truthfully, it's nowhere close to being prosecutable.

But should you do that? No, you shouldn't.

To me, it's worse than burning an American flag.

Yeah and so is 8646. You can still get the t-shirts on Amazon. I ordered one. No shite, really.

Whn I'm seen sporting my new 8646 t-shirt around town, does that mean I wanted Biden assassinated, or does it mean I just wanted him out of office?

In case anyone wants one, there's about 4 different 8646 styles on Amazon. Given what those t-shirts might mean, after I get mine, Amazon should take them down.

Your team has already tried to kill him twice. Don’t be naive.

Really, really dumb take by you.

You can't say, "I want to kill the President of the United States" and then hide behind the 1st Amendment for protection.

If Alex Jones had posted "86 44" he would've been arrested pronto, and the corrupt, bought-and-paid-for corporate media would've talked about the threat posed by "far right-wing" hate groups 24/7.

Let's not act like that wouldn't have happened.
