does anybody have some good documentaries that detail the Skip era?

I was unfortunate to be born in '96 and wasnt able to truly be a part of the crazy run. would love to nerd out over a Youtube video or a documentary

SEC Network made a Warren Morris one, The Walk Off, but it's pretty superficial and could have been about an hour longer. SECN even used stock video of fans at an LSU football game in the baseball doc.

They used to put out a VHS highlight tape of the season when they won the CWS. I wish I knew where I put them. Franques narrated with Hawthorne audio.

May be a hot take, but I don't think any of the documentaries the SECN has put out have been worth a shite, outside of maybe the big football one.

They're all poorly produced and like you said, superficial.

In both 1996 and 1997.

Whoever made the walkout intro in ‘10 with the highlights of all the championship teams and the history of LSU baseball should be charge of making a documentary.

Hold the Rope can't be beat - gives me chills every time I watch it. Be sure to watch all the way through the credits at the end. Some of his former players doing their Skip imitation is hilarious. "Drag the bat through the zone. PPFFFFTT'.

The Warren Morris walk off doc also gives me chills - watching that ball sail over the fence and Warren rounding the bases. Epic!
