What player are most excited to see take the next step for next football season?

For me it’s Dom McKinley. I truly think he has potential to be a disruptive interior force. He was a 5 star kid who flashed supreme ability as a freshmen. As a projected starter , I think he had the potential to become a household name in 2025.

Edit: not to be taken as a joke. Wish the best for the kid.

Perkins
I mean this is it for him, this is the year they have to figure out how to get him back to being an impact player. When he's an impact player, the defense overall is just much better.

Aaron Anderson & Trey’Dez Green.
I have this feeling these dudes are going to make some noise.

Expect both to be one of the best in the country in their positions. Green has kyle Pitts , Brock bowers type ability

Durham. We need a running game to find some balance, and Durham's shown flashes of greatness already

Every player on the team should take a step forward next year. They all should be developing into a better player.

Same here, I want to see the combination of Perkins and Weeks at LB an I'm hoping neither have lost a step coming off injuries.

Nuss. Want to see him go from 29/12 TD/INT to 38/8 range.
If he can do that and we improve our run game from dead last in the SEC, we are a serious playoff contender.
I'm confident the defense takes a big step forward this season.

Hopefully the two offensive tackles (David and Adams) are ready to go week 1

I think Green breaks the frick out this year

On defense: Perkins (SR) impact the games in a honey badger-esque way we haven’t seen since 2022 Arkansas
On offense: Nuss (SR) second year starter breakout ala Burrow, Daniels
Want to see both those baws at the top of the draft board in 2026

Reliford for me. We need some DEs to step up and I think he’ll be the guy.

Trey’Dez Green.
I think if used creatively he could create some big time matchup issues. Basically, the offense could interchange 2 TE to 1 TE sets without having to substitute because Green could be a de facto WR.
There aren't many people who can do this.... (keep in mind, the basketball play is his first ever college game vs one of the best and most athletic teams in the country)
