I’ll start.

Shrimp
Boiled peanuts

Honorable mention: pizza. It’s good cold, but hot is superior.

That’s a good one.

Reminded me that oysters are also delicious hot or cold

Roast, with the caveat being when it’s eaten cold it’s on a sandwich. I love a good sandwich made out of white bread, mayo, black pepper, and cold roast.

Fried fish is great out of the fryer, but man cold fried fish isn’t far behind.

Pork loin. It’s like an entirely different food cold and sliced thin.

I’ve had a couple of leftover tri tip sandwiches this week. So good.

Bread pudding is surprisingly good cold.

Yep. I could also type out this exact thing and replace roast with meatloaf. I love a leftover meatloaf sandwich with a lot of mayo and black pepper

rotisserie chicken, I get the ones from Sams club quite a bit. Warm the darkmeat and wings are awesome, after setting up in fridge for a night you can slice the breast cold and make awesome sandwiches. And Ill throw in boiled crawfish
